Our results

One of our long-standing customers operating in the mining sector asked us to make their quarry machines smart and innovative, with a view to Industry 4.0.
the challenge was to create something solid, functional and effective in all conditions of external use. The EFFEPI team has developed a project in which the entire repertoire of our services has been put in place: development of the monitoring and processing software, design and construction of electrical panel, wiring diagrams and wiring on the machine.

The solution obtained therefore made it possible to develop an interfacing system with centralized data collection and management that allows:
• The processing of orders;
• Monitor the GPS position;
• Monitoring of sensors and utilities;
• Notice of necessary maintenance;
• Enable or disable the vehicle's security anti-theft device.
