Our results

In the wastewater treatment sector, we carried out a revamping intervention on an existing plant on behalf of a leading company specialized in water treatment, with the objective of improving its performance, reliability, and integration with company systems.

Following an in-depth technical analysis, the project was developed through the creation of a new management software, designed to optimize process control and ensure more efficient plant operation.

From a plant engineering perspective, we intervened by modifying existing electrical panels and installing a new panel, as well as designing electrical schematics and implementing on-board wiring. These activities enabled the integration of new utilities and an overall improvement in operational reliability.

A key aspect of the intervention was the implementation of a secure plant data communication system between the control PLC and the company supervisory system. This solution ensures reliable and protected data exchange, improving monitoring, traceability, and centralized information management.

This project represents a concrete example of how targeted revamping interventions can enhance existing plants by introducing advanced technologies for more modern, safe, and efficient management. The project included:
